Flipsson — Service Policy
This policy sets out the operating standards for the Flipsson website and for the blog and newsroom community. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean original prevails.
1. Purpose
This policy exists to keep the website, blog, newsroom and related services that Flipsson provides running reliably, and to protect the people who use them.
2. Provision and changes to the service
We may change part or all of the service — its content, structure or operating policy — in order to improve it, and we announce material changes on the site (in the newsroom) or by amending this policy. The service may be suspended temporarily where that is unavoidable, for example during maintenance, an outage or a natural disaster.
3. Membership and community use
Signed-in members can comment, like and save on blog and newsroom posts. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, and must observe the following.
- You are responsible for the content of the posts and comments you write.
- Do not infringe other people's rights (copyright, likeness, reputation) or their personal data.
- Do not interfere with the normal operation of the service.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not do any of the following. Where you do, we may remove the content or restrict your use of the service.
- Abuse, defamation, discrimination, hate speech or other expression that makes others uncomfortable
- Posting obscene or violent content, or content that breaks the law
- Advertising, promotion, spam flooding or unauthorised commercial activity
- Spreading falsehoods, impersonation, or posting someone else's personal data without permission
- Any abnormal access or automated activity that interferes with the service
5. Managing content
Our staff (Nallijaku moderators) may hide or delete posts and comments that breach this policy or the law, and may restrict the author's use of the service, without prior notice, in order to keep the community healthy. Only staff with authoring rights — and, for comments, their author — may create, edit or delete content.
6. Limits of liability
We do not warrant the reliability or accuracy of content posted by users, and we are under no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party. Except where the law provides otherwise, we accept no liability in connection with the use of services provided free of charge.
